Christina Dufour is the Founder and President at The Carnelian Connection. She has been on a personal mission to live with well-being. Her background is in Finance and Business Development with a degree in Business Management and Organization, providing the foundation for her bringing well-being and performance practices into corporate settings, where she has worked with many leading organizations and executives.

Christina has taught meditative modalities for over 13 years and is skilled at supporting people of all-levels to overcome their unique challenges in maintaining inner balance, finding confidence, and deepening their mind-body connection. She has trained with many expert teachers and a Buddhist monk. She has three certifications in Mindfulness Meditation as well as additional training in Breath-Work, Yoga, Qi-Gong, Dance, and theater, and is a continuing education provider for Yoga Alliance.

Christina’s Native American heritage makes her connection to well-being more meaningful and drives her desire for inclusion and diversity. Being the first woman in her family to attend college, she feels passionate about supporting woman to become strong leaders while maintaining their well-being. Christina facilitates Confidence Club programs for young women and coaches executives to develop their confidence in presentation, communication, and leadership skills.

In her quest to understand the mind-body connection while enhancing performance from a foundation of well-being, Christina has dedicated her life to studying and practicing mindfulness, meditation, yoga, neuroscience, psychology, dance, improv, theatre, and business. This holistic approach to understanding mind-body in both introspective and expressive ways gives her the unique ability to provide superior solutions while understanding her clients, meeting their needs, and reaching their goals.

Christina has an expertise in creating specialized solutions for an industry’s specific stressors. She applies her experiential learning in business settings through corporate training programs, key-note speaker offerings, and in tailored executive coaching.
