Meet Your Guide
Growing up in a small central CT suburb, I am proud to be a visionary, always carving a path on the road less travelled. My mission is to leave a trail of unconditional love, inspired creativity, and meaningful connection. I help people feel at their best, get what they want, and make the world a better place.
Many have called me a master of manifestation. From a young age I had a knack for envisioning possibilities and aligning with them, not allowing circumstances to define me or to create roadblocks to my endeavor. I’m here to provide opportunities for others to overcome any challenge or struggle, to choose life and feel more alive.
Navigating death and grieving from multiple personal losses of loved ones since a young age has led to a deep curiosity about life and living beyond traditional constructs. It also has sparked a deeper interest in spirituality. My wondering what makes life meaningful, what really matters, how our beliefs and perspectives affect quality of life, what well-being actually means, and why it makes a difference, became an active journey instead of mere questioning.
From a corporate career in banking to dancing professionally, to founding the Carnelian Connection, I’ve held a number of vastly different roles and lifestyles in my career and believe that experience is the best teacher. I’ve been fortunate enough to travel all over the world, to explore, study, and teach. Studying movement, expression, and culture in dance and acting, has blessed me with experiences and relationships that have given me a unique perspective on life, creativity, and connection.
I’m a big believer in self-education and make continuous efforts to study with some of the best in the world for American New Thought Leaders, Eastern Philosophy, and modern Neuroscience. My formal education includes a degree in Business Management and Organization, as well as certificates in Meditation, Mindfulness, Yoga, Qi-Gong, and Reiki. Although I believe that the spiritual experiences are more interesting than the certifications.
The practices and perspectives that I teach have healed me from my work stress and deepest grief. These have literally taken me from a place of trying to survive, to a place of thriving. What truly makes the difference is that everything I teach is something I, myself, have used for my own well-being. Some of them I still practice daily. Eventually you get to a place where you realize that life is better with self-care and practices that support investing in yourself and replenishing your energy, because then ultimately you have more to give. One of my greatest pleasures is sharing these practices and perspectives and supporting people like you to enhance their well-being and increase their performance.
I work mainly with Executives and Entrepreneurs on an individual basis as a Performance Coach. I have also brought Mindfulness Education and Coaching into Private Equity, Finance, Life Style and Real Estate Firms with group programs that support well-being and enhanced performance in the workplace. Along this great journey I have become an award-winning Entrepreneur, and a Motivational Speaker, I delight in delivering engaging talks while empowering participants.
I have spoken on stage at the World Business Forum, have been featured in several local publications, and also provide guided meditation recordings and write scripts for MUSE and one of Apple’s 10 best of the year- the Meditation Studio App. My current philanthropic efforts focus on offering courses on well-being for Health Care Providers and First Responders, where a University of Wisconsin School of Nursing quality improvement project found my 6-week program to show a statistically significant decrease in stress.
I welcome you to enjoy some of the free guided meditations I offer by clicking here or listening on MUSE or Meditation Studio App. Please connect with me directly with the form below, if you would like to connect or learn more.

"Mindfulness should no longer be a 'nice-to-have' for executives.
It's a 'must-have': a way to keep our brains healthy, to support self-regulation and effective decision making capabilities, and to protect ourselves from toxic stress."
